La Divisione Anticrimine della Questura di Benevento ha provveduto a sequestrare due immobili a San Giorgio del Sannio nelle disponibilità di Antonio Spina, definito dagli inquirenti “personaggio di rilievo nell’ambito del contesto criminale beneventano”. Gli uomini della Questura, su disposizione del Tribunale di Benevento, hanno provveduto a sequestrare anche la villa dove il soggetto in questione risiede con la sua famiglia. L’entità complessiva della misura di sequestro si aggira intorno ai 700mila euro. Il provvedimento di queste ore segue una indagine investigativa che va avanti da almeno un paio di anni. Una squallida storia di usura e tentata estorsione a danno di un imprenditore, costretto a pagare gli interessi usurai sulla somma capitale attraverso il pagamento di cambiali mensili intestate alla moglie del proprietario e utilizzate dalla donna per il pagamento del prezzo di acquisto di uno degli immobili sequestrati a San Giorgio del Sannio. Una storia amara ed al tempo stesso allarmante che restituisce in toto la dimensione del giro usurario nel capoluogo e nel suo hinterland e ancora di più la estrema scientificità della nuova frontiera del crimine usuraio, la sua capillarità , la sua evoluzione sotto forme sempre più sottili di pervasività. E tuttavia, solerte resta l’opera delle forze dell’ordine e della magistratura che con pazienza hanno ricostruito la fitta ragnatela di interconnessioni e portato in emersione le attività criminali dei responsabili.
